25th of July 2018 marks the historic day of the 2018 elections. Expectations run high as the politics in Pakistan take to the sky. There is Imran Khan on one side making speeches and persuading the nation. Whereas Nawaz Sharif lands in a problematic fix due to his scandals. He and his daughter are imprisoned for unlawful money trafficking. The other political candidates including Pakistan People’s Party, Muttahida Quami Movement, Majlis-e-Amal, Milli Awami Party, Awami National Party as well as Pak Sarzameen Party, Tehreek Labbaik and Balochistan Awami party are gearing up for the big showdown.
Pakistanis will be asked to cast their respective votes from their allocated balloting stations where they will elect the new prime minister of Pakistan. It is an incredibly important day for the country, one that will determine the fate of Pakistan over the next few years.
Pakistan Election 2018 Overseas Vote
Pakistanis living abroad would not be able to cast their vote online for the Country Election 2018. According to the updates, Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) declared that electronic voting for overseas Pakistanis is not possible for the upcoming 2018 elections.
Secretary Election Commission of Pakistan told the court that E-voting is impossible as the system requires more work before it is fully applicable for country-wide general elections.
